Several months later we noticed more signs of termites. So they tented again, which is a huge pain if you've never done it. The fumigation guy told me Bite Away gave them the wrong square footage so they didn't use enough chemicals. This was four years ago. We are now selling our house and had a new termite inspection. We now have termites again. But the part that's worse is the new termite report is very specific that the company who did the work the first time did shoddy work. The wood repairs they did consisted of using Bondo rather than replacing, which is what the new company is doing. So with Bite Away, we had to go through two tentings and the wood work they did was horrible. I would highly recommend staying away from this company!
