  Evening all. Can anyone recommend a good, reliable and honest company/person to come and help us out with this issue? It's just suddenly appeared in the last couple of days. I have read up on it and it appears it's produced by some element of condensation running down most probably from the ducts in the attic which most likely need to be insulated. Before it becomes an even bigger problem I really want to get it sorted ASAP but I want to be sure i am using the right firm/person to come and investigate and that will charge reasonably. Nothing like personal recommendations. Thanks in advance for any help.

  Your AC air handler should have a power off/on switch. Turn it off, wait 2 minutes and turn it back on. If that doesn't work you may need to call a repair service company. We use Lindstrom, they are good but pricey. (954) 420-5300 hope this helps.
