  We have roof rats in our attic really bad. It is nonstop eating chewing noises 24 seven even with earplugs we cannot sleep!!! We have hired someone who charged us a small fortune and he never caught one rat and they have already eaten through his exclusion work. I want a company that has a guarantee on their exclusion work and keeps coming till all of these things are dead if anybody has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it. Even if your recommendation is to stay away from a certain company very hesitant after my last experience and the money that was spent. Frustrated to tears (could be the lack of sleep I’m getting)
