I engaged Mary for the residential rental and management of my 86-year old, Vietnam Veteran father's house in Broomall. She found a set of renters that have NEVER paid their rent on time, have run up the electric to $2700 without paying it, the entire time telling me that I was overreacting, and that the tenants were 'really nice people'. LOL. They lied from before they EVEN got into my house and continued to lie after they were in. Mary continued to gaslight me and collect her fee every month for managing NOTHING. I am now evicting these tenants due to her bad judgement and unethical behavior, and for my mistake of trusting her. Please use another agency as they do not care about their clients AT ALL. Don't let this happen to you.
