Hi, I am looking for recommendations for youth strength training. My son is a freshman at FM9 and since he didn't want to practice a sport over the last two years, we just selected the required core courses and JROTC for the first year. However, I would like to have him working out (burning calories and the excess energy) twice a week. Having a personal trainer at the CAC or YouFit is Ok at the beginning but not for the long run. Hence, I am looking for a place alike Velocity Sports Performance (There was one in Coppell one year ago). In fact, there was one similar place 2 years ago in the shopping center at the corner of Morris and 1171. There is a driving school in the same suite today. Thank your in advance for any recommendation, like I said I want him to burn calories and energy and hopefully add some muscles
