  I had a slow leak in a load bearing wall between upstairs & down - one side is family room & other side is bathroom- shower needed to be demolished to fix leak. Frame has some mold & areas of rotted 2x6's. I need estimates to do a repair of all. I am thinking I need a general contractor. I live in Lanoka near the Walmart.
