I need a foundation repair contractor. What are your recommendations? I have a property in KCMO I want to convert to a rental, but the foundation needs work before I put a tenant in. There is some minor buckling along a lateral crack in the foundation I need repaired. I'm looking for recommendations on contractors you've had good experiences with, and guarantee their work. Bonus if any of you own, work for, or have some direct relationship with a company that does this type of work. I'm always down to do business with local Redditors.
I'll take any miscellaneous advice you have on foundations as well.

http://www.foundationsguy.com/ Did some work for me earlier this year. An absolutely stand-up guy. We'd hired an engineer to evaluate our foundation (issue similar to yours) and brought in about half a dozen foundation contractors to bid on it. This guy was the best price and the only one who agreed to do what the engineer recommended rather than offering his own more expensive recommendations.
