  I've posted a couple of times for roofer recommendations, and have tried to do my own research, but a little over my head here, lol. What are the best resources to make sure the company is a good fit? I am trying to do a whole new roof because homeowner's insurance says they won't renew without it (citing 30% curling?) The new roof needs completed by June this year. 1. Need free estimate in timely manner 2. Need to know the company will stand behind any warranty they provide, and will still be around 3. Need the actual work to be performed quickly, 1-2 days hopefully, with clean-up (1400 Sq foot, hip style roof) 4. Need financing depending on how expensive. Not even sure what the price range to expect would be. Any direction and insight would be extremely helpful. The companies I have researched all have many great reviews, but have a couple negative ones with horror stories of taking up to a year, cave-ins, liens and foreclosures being placed, etc.

  The Roof Doctor inc. great reputation in Melbourne. My husband Paul is the owner. 321-725-2104. Not a fly by night in the area bc of the storms. We have been here since 1973 with same crew we have had for years. I know we have a wait but anyone worth a damn has a wait right now. If they don’t, I would be concerned.
