  My Dad was recently diagnosed with cancer a couple months ago and is in St. Thomas at this moment. He needs to get his treatment ASAP. He is also diabetic which has been out of control from the time we found out he had cancer. He needs to have a nurse monitor his numbers and help give him his insulin. My family has been trying to help him. His sugar numbers spikes up to 300+ sometimes and also drops really low below 80 which he ends up having chills and sometimes excessive sweating. Who do I speak to in regards to having him fly out of St. Thomas and into Florida? Needs information. Please.
