  I get my eyebrows threaded at [Bollywood Salon](http://www.bollywoodsalon.ca/) in Chinatown. It's $7, so pretty good for Ottawa prices. I got the recommendation from a thread on this subreddit earlier haha. Can't comment on a hairdresser; I'm actually looking for one myself!
