  Hey friends need suggestions/ help. Kasey , the dog that has become very Ill is back to constant vomiting and diarrhea ... Kaseys mom has been referred to Metro vet to get an ultrasound. This will be $400. Anyone know of a cheaper vet for this ? Thank you

  Gailor Animal Hospital 7422 Old Third St. Lou. Ky 40214, there number is 502-367-6400. I called and asked them how much it is for an Ultra Sound. And they wanted to know why I wanted an ultra sound. And I said the dog has been vomiting with diarrhea off an on. They said they would suggest an x-ray first. Office visit is $42.00 an x-ay is $79.00 to see if there is any obstruction of some kind. And then go from there.

Our regular vet is in another state and would like to find one locally to have him Euthanized as I do not want him to suffer just so we don't miss him.   I took my dog to Gailor on 3 rd St. and they treated me almost the same way and really refused to do the surgery to remove stones that was killing him all wanted was the money.... Now remember I had been with Gailor for 6 years never left owing a dime always paid at time of treatment but this one time with the surgery I was told it was 600 dollars. I only had a little over 300 till the 3 rd of the month at which time i would of paid him off. It was 2 days before christmas and I was told NO I HAD TO HAVE THE FULL AMOUNT UP FRONT this was not just a dog to me it was part of my family. My sister-in-law wrote me a check to pay for the rest and I paid her back but I never went back to Gailor Animal Hospital again. I thought Dr. Gailor was just the best Vet in town till that day. Im sorry I would have to go with Shivley
