  Advice Please! Re-post anonymous: My husband and I have been TTC for over a year now after a vasectomy reversal in August 2013. He had a vasectomy about three years before he had it reversed. The first sperm sample came back with good counts, just lagging a bit in motility. He had another sperm count test and it was significantly lower and another one today in which the sperm count was so low they could not perform the test. We both have fertility appointments coming up, but it's pretty clear the problem is with his sperm. We are thinking either the surgery was not successful or maybe there is some scarring. It seems as if our only two options are redo the vasectomy reversal or IVF. I guess I'm looking for any input to help us out. Also, does anyone know of an excellent surgeon to re-perform this? I know I read on another post there were like only four in the US. Thanks in advance!
