The only problem is, I'm not sure if anyone will take on such a small job. The work scope is to install a bathroom fan, but it includes all of the associated trades like tie-in for electrical circuits, running ducting, penetration through a flat SBS roof membrane, and the subsequent drywall and paint repairs. Does anyone know a GC or reno company who would take on something this small, but still provide a good end-result?

  I just had a general contractor do a residential/commercial swap in the Oliver area, they were great! Genep Construction ltd.
