  I go to Dr. Harry S. Carnegie , 4127 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 (412) 881-6610. He is right across from Giant Eagle's parking lot in Brentwood. He is really inexpensive and he does great work. I pay hardly anything and I don't even have insurance. He does take some insurances so he may be even cheaper for you. He always gets me in whenever I need in, too.... I will warn you though, he is kind of bizarre and you will want to laugh at first, ( He hums while he works on you...lol), but you will really like him.
