  Best places to fish in Minnesota or Wisconsin. My wife and I are looking for a lakeside place to fish in either of these states. We'd like to find a place that has rustic cabins and also accepts pets (small dog). Pet friendly cabins, great fishing, great location. https://www.gunflint.com/ The Ely area in MN has loads of resorts. https://www.ely.org/ I’ve stayed at farm lake, fall lake and shagawa lake and had some great fishing on all three. Leech lake in walker mn has plenty resorts as well Have fun!
