I am looking for some referrals/suggestions on the following: House cleaner for initial move in (must be licensed and insured) Best pest control in the area (bonus if they treat weeds in the yard too) Painter (needing some walls inside painted) Also looking for ideas on someone who can build a covered backyard patio and possibly a backyard kitchen (grill, counter tops, ice chest) also must be licensed and insured.
