Well, ironically, I was just about ask about any holistic chiropractors in the area and saw that Active Life Chiropractic has just made a post. They must have been reading my mind. I've never been to a chiropractor and do not know what to expect but a friend suggested the holistic approach. Any advice for this type of chiropractic care? Is Active Life a good one? Main issues are pain in neck, shoulders, lower back and right knee with increasing difficulty in walking, sitting, lying down and sleeping (can't stay in one position too long). What would a holistic chiropractor address as opposed to a regular chiropractor? Thanks!
