  Thanks for mentioning me Laura Rideout Schroeder! I am actually due with baby #2 this Sunday (eek!) so I'm not at a place to start working with families quite yet. I have owned a nanny agency in Atlanta for the past 5 years and just relocated back home to charleston this year. I plan to start up my agency Your Happy Nest here in August. We fully screen all sitters and nannies we work with including phone and in person interviews, background checks, social media checks and reference checks.
