About us
Soulace is first and foremost a home for the flow arts of all kinds! We host an environment for positive exchange of ideas, skills, and inspirations within the flow community of Nashville, middle Tennessee, and surrounding states. Through learning and practice, we use Flow to enrich our minds, our bodies, and our community. The potential positive impact of the philosophy of Flow on the surrounding community is huge, and we aim to bring Flow into the consciousness of as many people as possible.
We offer both individual rooms and a larger open space for practice of your flow. We teach classes, host events, and learn and move forward together.
As time goes by, we will work with community outreach, charity organizations, and schools to bring positive change and peaceful action into our community. Come talk with us and see what we're about!
