  Ok the office is called EyeCare Associates and the doctor who took care of me was Ahgee Y Guo. Not sure if you can ask for her by name. 595 Buckingham Way Ste 448, 94132 (415) 564-1060. You might want to schedule the appointment at a time when I can pick you up because they'll probably have to dilate your eyes.
