  Red Wing Cafe in Rainier Beach doesn't get mentioned here often in restaurant suggestions, but I just had lunch there and it was AWESOME! I want to make sure you know about it. Cute all-vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and coffee cafe with vegan sandwiches, salads, brunch plates, biscuits and gravy, and baked goods (cookies, a fantastic coconut cake, muffins, and biscuits).

  Yup, https://www.facebook.com/826324577429924 Redwing Cafe is awesome. Great https://www.facebook.com/146341952050653 entrees, salads, pastries, and tea from Phoenix Tea (one of the top 2 tea shops in the Seattle area). They even make vegan croissants!
