  We replaced our flooded carpet with LVP or Luxury Vinyl Plank over a cement floor. It is scratch resistant and water proof. The pad underneath keeps it warm. Roberts Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job 443-867-8230. We were originally going to replace with Hardwood but Robert gave some wise counsel for the space so we went with his suggestion.
