Looking for suggestions for a real estate agent Looking to buy sometime in the next year in the Mt Washington/downtown area. Can anyone suggest a real estate agency they've had good experiences with?
Looking for recommendations for a Realtor to buy a house in Pittsburgh. Currently renting in Greenfield. I'm wondering, with all the very different neighborhoods in Pittsburgh, do Realtors specialize in only one area? Is it possible to find one with my best interests at heart?
I've had experiences with 4 realtors before, ranging from terrible to excellent, which averages out to average. I'm hoping to up the odds this time.
Have you bought a house? Would you use the same realtor again? How did they help you?

[Kevin Brown of Praedium Real Estate](http://www.praedium.com/) He is a buyer agent which means he only buys homes, does not sell them. Makes it nice since his only goal is to get you a house and not spend time selling one for other people. Myself and a few friends used him to get our first homes. I do not plan on moving anytime soon (or ever) but I would really consider him again if I stay in the area. Really nice guy who knows what to look for before you go through the process of putting in a offer or inspection (such as basic building issues, potential problems, etc.).

I definitely recommend you talk with Kevin Brown. http://www.praedium.com/ He's an exclusive buyer's agent. We've bought TWO houses using him and you can't do better.
