However, when I look at Party City and other places, I mostly see pirate stuff for little kid parties.   Try a prop rental service like Zap Props http://zapprops.com/ or Chicago Props http://chicago-props.com. If there's enough time between now and the party, you could also contact the drama departments at local universities and community colleges to see if they'd be willing to work on something for you.
