Looking for a contractor... ...for my grandfather.
Long story sideways, floor was taken up, toilet was 'repaired', toilet isn't sitting COMPLETELY flat anymore.
Least expensive price that has been quoted for this fix (The toilet, not the floor) was $1200 (just for labour) - both he and I think that this is over the top.

Looking for plumber in Ottawa. Does anyone have suggestions? Currently a student and landlord. It would be great to find someone who is relatively inexpensive but does a great job.
Thanks in advance.
