  I see Dr. John Greene: http://johngreenedc.com/ They charge $50 for cash patients. That includes the adjustment, as well as any related treatments (for me, they usually do heat and stim for 8 minutes, and massage my neck for 5; they also have laser and ultrasound which has been immensely helpful with the carpal tunnel in my wrist). I really like him, because he focuses on adjustment, stretching, and actual things to help you. Previous chiros that I've seen were really weird, and always trying to sell me supplements and talking about toxic energy and stuff that seemed questionable to me from a medical standpoint.
