  Plasterer advice needed. We had our hall and bedroom plastered the week before last. The place was left in a mess and the finish on the plaster was really bad. The guy then agreed to come back and fix it. He said he would white wash it for free by way of an apology. The photos below are what we’ve been left with. I’m not a plastering expert but surely this is not acceptable? Should be expected to accept this level of finish? To me it seems they’ve literally painted over the mess to try and cover it. Any advice would greatly appreciated. Thanks.
