About us
I have always enjoyed baking, and since having children, I enjoy making their birthday cakes every year, and also they love to bake with me.
Being mainly self taught, and after having one or two friends ask me to design and supply cakes for them I decided that I would look to start to cater for the public.
With the support of my family (especially my kids who chose the name!), Susie's Bakehouse was born and my first Facebook advert created an order book of over 35 orders in 20 minutes! Demand was obviously there, and whilst I couldn't cater for quite that many in one go, I was really pleased with the response that I got.
