Anonymous replied:For new guns, I would recommend the Mossberg 500. For older, used guns, the Remington 870. Something has changed with Remington's manufacture, I understand, and they aren't making them as good as they used to. /r/guns could probably tell you more. It's been a while since I've been up there, but the fellow who sold me a SIG there a few years back had his master's degree in small arms (insert your own joke here).
