  I know there has been quite a bit of discussion with regard to contractors. Most of it though seems to be centered on contractors qualified to do a complete rebuild. Are there any recommendations for some who can replace windows, demo and replace dry wall...etc. Since we can't be there to audit the work quality and reliability are more important to us than speed.
