Vet recommendations? (Potential veterinary dental work needed?) I'm in the Medical District, so not somewhere 30 minutes away from here, ideally. :P
I think my rat terrier mix might have some dental issues, so it's time to get established with a local vet, but choosing one is so difficult!

Third for Dr. Girder at amchuntsville.com (Animal Medical Clinic). My testimony is that my cat was 12 and potentially needed teeth yanked. At that age, that's even more serious. This is an expensive operation. Someone out to make money would have yanked the cats teeth whether it needed it or not. I brought her in for the surgery, but when they got in there they said all she needed was a tooth cleaning. Less money for them, and much better for my cat. They won my heart that day.
