  Hi, can anyone recommend a good, honest & reliable plumber who won't faint at the sight of our 25 year old boiler, that like Harry Potter lives in the cupboard under the stairs. The boiler pilot light is lit, the timer works ok and still operates the zonal valves but then that's it, no whoosh as the boiler fires up. Many thanks x
