  Can anyone recommend someone to repair chimney flashing? I noticed the flashing / cementing on my chimney is coming loose and seems like it needs fixing. I could try to nail it down and smear rubber on it but not knowing much about this sort of thing it seems like a good idea to at least get an estimate on the repairs and see what all needs done.

  Probably need to have a mason come out and look at it. PB Masonry and Twincities Masonry are two that I have experience with and can recommend. Masons are all incredibly busy lately though.
