  Jamie C. wrote: What a horrible experience. I made an appointment even though the price was double the price on their website. They told me lashes, airbrushing and travel fees were included. When I called a second time to see how I should prepare for my appointment, they added $20 for airbrushing, $15 for lashes and 20% for travel fees and the hair price increased with no explanation. The stylist wasn't available, so I asked if she could return my call. A week passed, I called back and the same thing happened and I was informed that the original stylist doesn't do airbrushing so I need to pay 2 people. This time I asked for the manager, who was unavailable, and I was told I'd receive a call back. No one ever returned any of my calls. This company has been a nightmare to work with. The last message I left with the front desk was that I'm happy to discuss my online reviews over the phone, all they need to do is call me.
