  I have a couple questions for cabin owners and/or management companies: the very peak of our ceiling inside has mildew. A couple of years ago we had it cleaned when a worker had scaffolding at the cabin. It is back now. Our ceiling fan doesn’t work so I wonder if it is from a lack of air circulating. Has anyone ever had this issue? Second, in order to clean it and replace the ceiling fan, how do we get up there? Are there mobile bucket lifts we can rent that fit through a front door? Thanks!
