Hi Joshua, If you are looking for high quality beautifully made tables I would recommend Ptendercool: http://www.ptendercool.com For a lower cost alternative you have many carpenters on Soi Pra Charat 24 and 26. You also have several shops in Chatuchak market selling slab tables. But one thing that differentiates these tables from the higher quality ones at Ptendercool is in most cases the slabs are not ethically sourced or kiln dried. Meaning they have very high moisture content. I'm currently booked with some commissions however if you are not in hurry feel free to contact me as well.
