  We're excited to be moving to Indian Land from Illinois next month. This page has be wonderful in giving me insight on the schools and the area. Our kids are very active in sports, my daughter is 10 and my son is 13. I'm looking for suggestions on baseball, softball and a gymnastics program. Any help would be so appreciated!

  Welcome back to SC! We have had good experiences with Waxhaw Athletic Association programs (we do soccer but they have baseball and softball)-- Also we tried gymnastics for the first time last summer at Southeastern Gymnastics in Waxhaw--they are an elite school (wall full of trophies and scholarship offers!) but there are other local "low-key" places too. Also, if you need any help with "fix and finish" work on the new house give us a call--my husband owns a local handyman biz www.integritycharlotte.com .
