  We stopped looking for a rental back 2 months ago but are ready to start searching again. Very maximum budget per month is 2500$ US and it must include all the services. 3 adults in mid to late 50s. Prefer Bucerias, Puerto Vallarta would also be very good. For several reasons, La Cruz will not do. Here is a summary of what we need: 3 bedrooms, must have 2 full bathrooms. We might consider a 2 bedroom place if the 2nd bedroom has 2 beds. Our dates are Dec. 10th, 2016 to March 10th, 2017, 3 months. Our dates are a little flexible as long as we are in Mexico during the Christmas season. We will have a car for at least 1 month so need parking. A very maximum of a 10 min. walk to a bus stop. A private outdoor area. One of us is a smoker and smoking must be permitted outside. Fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet and A/C in the bedrooms. We might consider only ceiling fans. Very late to be looking, hoping for a small miracle :-)

  Lo de Marcos - 1:30 north of airport - everything you need is close. But none of what you don't want. Simple, not touristy town. Ridiculously beautiful, not crowded, beach.
