  Ugh. I'm pretty sure that they're all terrible. If you want to dine on a boat, I'd recommend http://marinaristorante.cz/ and http://www.botelmatylda.cz/en/restaurant.php which are both Italian and actually have good food. If you want to dine really well, I'd suggest Bellevue, where you still overlook the river AND the castle. Also, it's one of the best restaurants in Prague.
