Why photography?
There is something so ethereal and everlasting about capturing a fleeting moment, a genuine smile, a last ray of sunshine...all the love and the light that is life. It’s empowering, humbling and inspiring. Plus, it’s just plain fun!
What inspires me?
Real life, real love, real beauty. Basically, you do! I love people. A lot. What do I want? I want to laugh with you. I want to capture all that you are; every silly & serious minute. I want your joy today to bring you joy forever - every time you glance at an image we made together. Life is beautiful. Your life is beautiful, no matter the joy or sorrow, the pain or paradise. And every time I’m invited to tell your story through my lens, I feel honored and a little selfish too because capturing that intangible beauty, that spiritual essence that makes you who you are helps me recognize my own. It feeds my soul. And that’s what life is all about!
Being a part of your love story, being invited into your family for a day, being trusted to capture all that is you in a photograph...it is such an incredible and humbling gift to me. I am so blessed to do what I do!
