  We are a family of 5 moving to the area soon , hubby just got a job at OHSU in Portland but we want to stay in Washington . We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house . We have no pets , non smoking . The house we are currently in we have been renting over 4 years so good rental history . Looking for about the $1600 ish range . We are driving there Thursday to look at some through property management but would really prefer private owner if possible . Does anyone have any leads on where we can look besides Zillow / hotpads / for rent etc? Thank you for looking !
