  D & D Moving 613-413-0675 or mistermover613@gmail.com This is who I used last time and they were great! Would recommend over and over and over and over :) Also, I would recommend labelling boxes either by the name of the room they came from or a brief description of what's in them. I moved once with the help of my brothers and greatly benefited from writing if the box was light or medium or heavy. Yes, I left the heavy ones for the boys! It worked out great...for me.
