  I went to high school with the guy who runs [Wells Lawn Care](http://www.wellsknowsgrass.com/), and while I can't personally vouch for how good/bad their rates and work are (as I live in an apartment), I do know that he's been doing this for several years and is apparently doing well enough to be able to afford a few trucks for his business so I suppose he's doing something right. Might be good to look at and compare rates with other businesses?
