  Hello, I am in need of 2 recommendations on the island. 1) A very good reliable carpet cleaning service that has portable equipment to do a small condo in a high rise. (2nd floor, 2 BR and an area rug) 2) A very good, reliable, ON TIME, maid service with their own supplies and equipment.. Both are needed on a regular basis for my rental condo. Thank you!
