I have only had my house sprayed about 5 months ago. I have used people before and I didn't need to spray until at least 12 months had passed. It seems like the last person I got hasn't been as effective and unfortunately I can't remember the name of the person who I have used previously and have lost their number. Please help .   Post anon please. I have a house that has termicide pest barriers, the house is 5 years old. These so called termite professionals (and I will use the term lightly) hound you each year for their $185.00 to walk around your house in 10 minutes and say, no dramas see you next year. Can you use any termite company and have an inspection? I find being tied to a company a builder chose without any consultation with me and then rung, emailed and harassed non stop for weeks until I agree with their 10 minutes inspection to get my money. I would prefer to pay and support a owner operator than give another $185 to the owner of termicide whose house is waterfront on sovereign island..cheers
