Esca Vitae is a European bakery, cafe and market, modeled after the traditional bakeries of Germany. We bake with a passion for excellence, using only natural ingredients and knowledge that has been passed down and improved upon, generation after generation, for over 5,500 years. Equipped with imported professional European mixers and ovens, our goal is to replicate the best bakeries of Europe. We bake and sell authentic European bread and pastry from scratch, offer sandwiches made from our handmade bread, filled with the very best imported and domestic lunch meats, cheeses and other delicious ingredients. Our soups and salads are made fresh from scratch every morning and every cup of our delicious coffee is made to order.
