I’ve gone for years and the only negative I have is the wait time. I always end up waiting 30-45 minutes for my appointment. Irritating but I’m used to it by now and she’s worth the wait. She’s the best at what I have going on.

higher_moments replied:I'd bet that any dermatologist who treats acne (so, any dermatologist) can and will prescribe Accutane if warranted. I recently did a course of Accutane under the treatment of Dr. Desai at [Northwest Dermatology](http://pdxskinandhair.com/) in NW and it was a perfectly pleasant and easy experience (with respect to the doctor, that is--the drug takes some getting used to). Also, look into the Absorica formulation if your insurance covers it--not having to take the pills with high-fat meals makes life easier.
