Does anyone have any recommendations for a broker with properties in Malden, Somerville, or Medford? We don't really use brokers here, so I'm a little confused on how the process works. Daniel was no-bullshit and we did about 6 listings in a day and were able to find one that was perfect for our needs. He's one of the few brokers that I feel earned the fee he charged. He saved us a ton of time. www.mavenrealty.com - Great listings for Somerville and Cambridge.
