  I always go to [Alchemy: The Workshop](http://alchemytheworkshop.com/). They do haircuts and beard trims. I think the price range is right where you're looking, but I'm honestly not sure when the beard trim is added. They have local beer that they serve while you're sitting in the chair. I would recommend it to anyone.
