  I went to McArthur Tailor & Dry Cleaning to have them adjust my dress for my sister's wedding last year. It's a small little place in a strip mall but they did a great job and were very quick. I can't recall the cost, sorry. 387 McArthur Ave. 613-745-1957 Otherwise, call up some of the dress shops in the city and ask who they would recommend .
